1) We offer complimentary trash pickup for guests whose stay are for 6 days or longer at mid-stay. A GUEST AGREEMENT MUST BE ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED AFTER THE STAY IS CONFIRMED by someone who is at a minimum of 25 years of age for insurance/liability purposes only. GUEST CANCELATION POLICY IS PER THE PLATFORM THAT YOUR STAY WAS CONFIRMED ON AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. (There is a $55.00 card processing fee charged by a third party when canceling a reservation).

2) WE ARE NOT PET-FRIENDLY at this time nor are we able to accommodate early check-ins. Be aware that the roads in the mountains are traditionally narrower than your average rural road. PLEASE NO PARTIES!! The cabin has a staircase that leads to the water's edge, which makes accessing the kayaks from the rack and launching a synch.

5) THE CABIN LIKE MANY IN THE AREA IS ON WELL WATER. THE WATER HAS BEEN TESTED AND MEETS U.S. EPA GUIDELINES. We have also taken extra measures to ensure continued water quality by installing an ultraviolet Triton water treatment system with a PENTEK filter to include a Backwashing System. IF YOU STILL HAVE CONCERNS PLEASE BRING BOTTLED WATER.

6) Occasionally you may see a bear and possibly cubs as the cabin sits near the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Even though bears can look docile please remember they are still wild animals, so please do not touch or go near them. Even though some may look hungry please do not feed them, or leave food or trash in your car. Always keep your vehicle locked as bears have learned how to open unlocked doors.

7) The cabin has keyless Encode smart locks on two exterior doors that have the ability to record audio and video via a Ring device directly in front of the door only.

8) Your security deposit will be released within two business days of checkout.
